This addition is then positioned as an enhancement of the customer’s existing relationship. The company specialises in applying these techniques using an insurer’s existing product range and infrastructure.

The Riverside website required updating to become mobile friendly with more emphasis on business cases and international footprint. Sheer worked with the Riverside team to look at the functionality, focus and presentation of the website to enhance the overall user experience. This included making the site intuitive, responsive and interactive with 3 additional languages (German, French and Spanish).
